01  /  The motifs

Twenty-four pieces, one palette

The set runs on four colours — navy, ivory, antique gold and a deep red — and holds to them across every piece. That is what makes twenty-four separate ornaments read as one collection instead of a lucky dip.

Four families of design sit inside it. Landmarks: the Statue of Liberty and the Capitol dome. Symbols: five-point stars, a heart in flag colours, an eagle above a 250 medallion. Americana: a cowboy boot, a red pickup carrying a tree, a lighthouse. Christmas: Santa, a snowman with a flag, a nutcracker, a wreath, bells, a drum, a rocking horse, a poinsettia.

Each one is flat acrylic cut to its own outline, so it hangs close to the branch and picks up the tree lights along the edge.

02  /  On the tree

What twenty-four small things do to a tree

One ornament is a decoration. Twenty-four is a scheme. Hung across a whole tree, the navy and gold pull the eye from branch to branch and the reds land exactly where you put them — which is something a box of mixed baubles never manages.

Acrylic behaves differently from glass. It is lighter, so the pieces turn with the air instead of hanging dead still, and the printed face catches a tree light and throws it back as a bright line. In daylight they read like painted enamel; after dark they look lit from inside.

If you only hang a dozen, keep the landmarks and the stars at eye level and let Santa and the snowmen fill the lower branches.

03  /  Where they go

Four ways to use the set

One dedicated tree

All twenty-four on a slim tree, nothing else. The set does the work on its own.

Mixed into yours

Add them to what you already hang — the navy reads as contrast against red and green.

Wreaths and garlands

The cords loop over wreath wire the same way they loop over a branch.

Small spaces

A tabletop tree, a door wreath, a single window hook — the set scales down.

04  /  The gift

Twenty-four days, opened one at a time

The box is printed as a countdown, and that changes how the gift works. Instead of one ornament on Christmas morning, there are twenty-four small moments spread across December — and a tree that fills up as the month goes on.

It suits a family with young children, a collector of themed ornaments, or anyone who decorates around the Fourth of July as seriously as December. Because every piece is flat, the box stores them without crushing a single edge.

“Bought it for my dad, who has opinions about everything. He hung all twenty-four in one afternoon and then sent me a photo of every single one.”

“The acrylic is thicker than I expected. No chips, no sharp edges, and the print is still crisp when you hold one up close.”

“The countdown box is the part my kids fight over. One ornament each morning, and the tree is full by Christmas Eve.”

“We use ours for the Fourth, not December. They look right on the porch garland and nothing has faded.”

“Twenty-four different designs is the whole point. Not one repeat, which is more than I can say for the set I bought last year.”

“Navy and gold reads expensive next to all the red and green. Guests keep picking them up to look closer.”

06  /  Questions

Good to know

What exactly is in the box?

Twenty-four acrylic ornaments, each with a gold cord attached, inside a printed countdown gift box. The twenty-four designs are all different.

Can they hang outdoors?

Yes — the snowy branch shots on this page are the real thing. Bring them in during storms and keep them out of standing water, and they will come back out year after year.

How do I hang them?

Loop the gold cord over a branch, a wreath wire or a small hook. No hooks, clips or tools needed — and nothing to assemble.

The 250th Christmas

Twenty-four ornaments. One very American tree.

Boxed, strung and ready — the whole set goes up in an afternoon and stays until January.

Hang it on your own tree, or hand it over as the countdown gift it was designed to be.

Bring it home and share the joy with your family.
